Congratulations are in order for some league players who cashed in on the Heartland Poker Tour this past weekend at Northern Lights Casino in Walker, Minnesota.

Free Poker Network players continue to thrive on the HPT as four of the televised six were regular league players.  Free Poker Network players cashed for a whopping $64,290.  Forty percent of the entire prize pool was won by people who have played and continue to play in our league!!!

Mo Aln from Fargo, ND cashed for $1,088 finishing in 25th place and plays at numerous bars in the Fargo area.

4-time HPT casher Chris Pierce from Fargo, ND finished in 19th place cashing for $1,360 and plays league at the Bowler.

Chris Keller from Bismarck, ND finished in 17th place netting him $1,360 and is a regular at the Bismarck VFW.

Matthew Christen from St. Cloud, MN finished in 13th place cashing for $2,080 and plays at the Clearwater Legion.

Kim Katori from Cushing, MN cashed in her second HPT event netting $5,600 as she finished in 7th place and plays at the Broadway Sports Bar in Little Falls.

Now down to the televised Final Table---

Paul Katchmark from Brooklyn Park, MN who is a regular at the Ultimate Sports Bar in Waite Park cashed for $8,000.  Paul ended up taking 6th place.

Mark Wadekamper from Lonsdale, MN who regularly plays at Flicek's Bar, Bullheads, and Dawn's Corner Bar all in Central MN cashed for $9,600 as he finished in 5th place.  Mark just recently qualified for the Party at the Palms National Championship and will be in Las Vegas later this month taking his shot at a WSOP seat.

Nate Avenson from Park Rapids, MN is a regular at the Park Rapids Eagles and finished in 4th place netting him a whopping $11,201.

And finally finishing in 2nd place from Crosby, MN league player Durwin Matuska cashed for $24,401 and can be seen playing at Primetime in Breezy Point!!!
