The North Dakota championship for Fall Spectacular wrapped up on Saturday at Westside Grill & Bar in Mandan, ND. 

In the end, 6 national qualifiers were awarded trips to Las Vegas to compete in the National Final coming up in April at Caeser's Palace.   

The winners are (pictured left to right): Mike Goldade (Sportsmans Lounge-Mandan), Lance Zietz (Rugby Eagles), Wade Kyser (Bowler-Fargo), Lois Kihne (Silver Dollar-Mandan), Bob Haas (Lonesome Dove-Mandan), and David Delaplane (Seibs-Elgin). 

159 Dakota Poker League players will be making their way to the Westside Bar and Grill tomorrow to compete in the Free Poker Network’s North Dakota Championship. These qualifiers will be vying for a chance to win one of six grand prizes that include an airfare and hotel package to sunny Las Vegas for a chance to play in the exclusive 25-player National Championship, where FPN will give away more than $12,000 in buy-ins, including a $5,000 WSOP Circuit Main Event Seat. Those who bust early can join spectators to compete in a fun “Tag Team Re-buy” $200 Freeroll Event. Players will join together in a tag-team format with an interesting twist: Each team will get a “re-buy” card! When a team loses its chips, it will receive a starting chip stack. This should make for a very entertaining event!

The "No Name" bar in Foreman, N.D., will begin two five week sessions in the Free Poker Network's WSOP promotion starting Monday, February 22 at 7pm. Be sure to stop out every Monday and play in the best poker league in the country for a chance to win a seat at this year's World Series of Poker. 

Poker players from all around the state of North Dakota gathered at the Bismarck VFW this past Saturday for their shot at becoming the final big winners in the Desert Heat promotion.  In the end, Brent Hauge, Vance Barta, John Kihne, Kerry Wentz, and Mark Masseth were crowned champs.  There will be ONE more trip awarded online as a LAST CHANCE bonus.
