New National Format 

◊ Twenty (20) $2,600 preliminary event packages will be awarded at State Championships across the nation in our new national format. These prizes will be awarded based on overall participation.

◊ National Final.  All state championship winners (approx 40 players nationwide) will compete in an EXCLUSIVE national final in Las Vegas for an additional $10,000 main event package.  It is possible to win 2 seats to the World Series of Poker with this new format!

◊ ADDITIONAL CASH up for grabs in mystery bounties and 2nd chance freerolls at state championships.  So if you bust out early at the final, you'll still be able to compete for great 2nd chance cash prizes.  All tournaments are FREE!

◊ LEAGUE CHAMPS earn commemorative medallion.

Qualifying Details 

◊ Time Frame for full length of league is 16 weeks, from Jan 1st to mid-April

◊ Score Points by placing in the top 30% of weekly tournaments.

◊ Bonus points --> 20 bonus points for attendance.   

◊ Up to 16 weeks to qualify, varies by individual locations.  The longer league sessions get more qualifiers and advance more players directly to the state championship.

◊ Top players from each bar qualify for playoffs and a chance to advance to the state championship tournament.

◊ League Champions (overall points leaders from each bar) advance directly to the state final (min. avg attendance required - varies).

◊ Championship Tournament(s) are scheduled for early May 2008 (locations to be announced).
